These pages are designed to provide information to the public concerning food service establishment inspections conducted by Alberta Health Services in Medicine Hat and area.Each inspection report posted here describes conditions found in the food service establishment at the time of inspection. While the information may provide you with an indication of an establishment's food handling practices and sanitation, the inspection report gives only a snap shot in time of the conditions observed.

These historical inspections will not be available online after April 30, 2012 as the website hosting historical inspections will be decommissioned.
Inspection reports are posted as they relate to the current ownership up to a maximum of five inspections beginning January 1, 2008.
